How do I add several stops at once?

Use Add Multiple Saved Places for familiar destinations, or Paste Addresses for a copied list. Both flows require confirmation and give new stops your current default visit duration.

Select several saved places

  1. In the route editor, tap Add Stop. Keep the Add a Place search field empty.
  2. Tap Add Multiple Saved Places. This appears when saved places exist.
  3. On Select Saved Places, search if needed and tap each desired row. The information button inspects a place without selecting it.
  4. Tap the button showing the number of stops, such as Add 3 Stops. For repeat destinations, choose Add anyway or Keep Reviewing.
  5. Back in the route editor, open each stop to change duration, note, timing, or order requirements. Confirm the route with Done or Plan.

The batch uses saved-list order, not the sequence in which you tap selections. The planner can choose a different feasible order when you calculate. If a selected location cannot load, nothing in that batch is added. Connect and try again.

Paste and confirm an address list

  1. In Add a Place with an empty search field, tap Paste Addresses.
  2. Use the Paste control or type into Addresses, one per line. Put a complete street address, including town and state or postcode, on each line.
  3. Tap Review Addresses. Blank lines are ignored, and repeated text lines are listed once with a notice.
  4. Tap each line’s Choose matching location and select the correct match in the normal place picker. Tap a confirmed line to change it. Use the trash control labeled Remove line with its number to remove an unwanted or unresolvable entry.
  5. Confirm every remaining line. The progress count must include all remaining addresses before the Add button becomes available. An empty list cannot be added.
  6. Tap the button showing the number of stops. If repeat destinations are detected, choose Add anyway or Keep Reviewing.
  7. Review the new stops in the parent route, then tap Done or Plan.

A pasted line is a search query until you confirm its destination. The app does not automatically choose ambiguous matches or add only a confirmed subset. Going back before batch confirmation adds no partial list.

Keep intentional repeat visits distinct

Repeated text lines in a pasted list are collapsed. If your outing requires two separate visits to the same address, add the extra visit individually or confirm an intentional repeated destination when offered. Each visit has its own duration, note, requirements, and completion.

Set a pickup after a drop-off and allow time between visits.
